Refund policy

Order Processing Information

Orders are shipped pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm PST will begin processing on the following Monday. The Karen Cooper Gallery will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available or if we need additional information. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for processing and shipping, you will receive a tracking number when the merchandise is shipped.


Returns/Exchange Policy

Artwork return/exchange procedure must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Return item(s) may be exchanged for another piece or refund. Shipping, handling and a 30% restocking fee will apply. Merchandise must not be damaged and must be in original packaging. 


Return Procedure

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased online, the Karen Cooper Gallery must be notified within 14 days of receipt. Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to the Karen Cooper Gallery without authorization will not be accepted. To receive a return authorization please email info@karencoopergallery.com.


When you are authorized for a return, please place the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging along with a copy of the original invoice and a brief note explaining your reasons for the return. To complete your return for an exchange or refund, items must arrive at the Karen Cooper Gallery within 10 days of the date of your return authorization.


Upon receipt of your item(s), the Karen Cooper Gallery will promptly inspect the item(s) and ship replacement item(s) or provide a refund minus shipping, handling and restocking fees, according to the amount on your original invoice. Again, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers assume responsibility for all return shipping and insurance fees. Please send returns to:
